1. Complete the Online Learning & Assessment:
As mentioned beforehand when purchasing the First Aid in a Box product the purchaser is sent an email and the product which contain the training DVD. This training DVD is broken up into sixteen topics and each one should take about fifteen minutes to complete. Topics include:

- Circulatory emergencies
- Neurological emergencies

A person undertaking this first aid course can do so at their own leisure, the 16 topics do not have the undertaken all at the same time!
2. Practice CPR using the interactive DVD and your Mini-Anne manikin:
When purchasing your first aid in a box or CPR in a box product you are sent a box which includes:
- 1 x CPR Mini-Anne Manikin
- 1 x Royal Life Saving Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate - unendorsed
- 1 x DVD - "Everyone can be a Lifesaver"
- 2 x spare lung bags
- 2 x manikin wipes
- Process and Assessment:
Once you have purchased CPR in a Box you should do the following:
- Watch the DVD and practice on your manikin - Keep practicing as long as necessary.
- Enrol into an assessment session (approximately 15 minutes) to have your certificate endorsed by one of our qualified Trainers at a CPR in a Box Assessment Session.
At the Assessment you will be given a couple of scenarios to demonstrate on your manikin the process of Resuscitation (At successful completion of the assessment your certificate is for 12 months).
3. Complete ONLY a 2 Hour Practical Assessment:The biggest benefit of purchasing the first aid in a box product is that the purchaser only has to undertake a 2 hour practical. This is an enormous saving to the employer or purchaser of the product. Now of instead of doing either a 16 hour or 8 hour review first aid course you can do the online learning and assessment at your own leisure then undertake only the 2 hour practical on what you have learned.
